Refund policy

Seller: Neuronetix, operating Ledger. This policy applies to Ledger subscriptions only.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email us at miguel@neuronetix.be and we will raise it with Paddle on your behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within five to ten business days of approval.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges are also covered by the 30-day guarantee above — if a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
